How to Find the Part Number on a Walbro Carburetor

November 7, 2016 by Walbro

Walbro carburetors are mounted in a variety of different positions on outdoor power equipment and sometimes the part number is not easily identified without disassembling the equipment. Louis Salas, Program Manager for Walbro’s Aftermarket Group, explains how to locate the part number in the video below.

The Walbro part numbers and letters can be found next to the adjustment needles on some of our larger models like the HDA and HDB series carburetors, and near the fuel inlet fitting on our WT and WA series. On our rotary valve carburetors and flowed feed carburetors, the identifying letters and numbers may be located on the flange of the carburetor.

Once you have determined the specific carburetor model you have, you can go to Walbro.com and click on parts and service. If you are ready to order a new carburetor, click ‘order parts’, and the instructions will walk you through how to order through the online ordering service.

If you don’t know who to order from, you can scroll down to the ‘Distributors’ and pick the Walbro central warehouse distributor nearest you.
