Carter currently has the limited right to use the Walbro name and domain for certain business purposes. Carter and Walbro are not affiliated with each other and Walbro does not endorse any of the products or services offered by Carter. Walbro continues to develop, manufacture and supply end-to-end fuel systems, fuel tanks, fuel pump assembles, vapor separator assemblies and other fuel-related solutions.
WEM Newco, LLC (together with its successors and affiliates, the “Licensee”) has been granted a license to use the Walbro name and logo set forth in this website by Walbro, LLC (the “Licensor”) as it relates to diaphragm carburetors, float carburetors, ignition modules, electronic fuel injection systems and die-cast aluminum (collectively, the “Products”). Licensee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or under shared ownership or control with Licensor and Licensor does not produce any of the products or provide any of the services made available via this website, including without limitation, the Products for or in connection with Licensee.
